Beer is often accused of being bad for us and high in calories but did you know that a can or bottle of Race Rocks only contains 160 calories? Depending on the product, other Lighthouse Beers are within plus/minus 10% of this amount (i.e. Keepers Stout will have a higher calorie count than Fisgard 150 Bavarian Lager). Our Brewers pride themselves in making beer that only contains complex carbohydrates using whole grains, this means that Lighthouse Beer is the healthier “whole grain” choice of beer.

Remember that a doughnut only lasts about 3 bites but a Race Rocks can be enjoyed with good company over twenty minutes or so!
