3 Large Ripe Mangos
2 Medium Red Peppers
1 Small Sweet Onion
Honey as needed
In a large bowl add diced mango, red pepper, and sweet onion. Also dice the jalapeno discard the seeds if you want less heat. Zest the three limes than add the juice to the large bowl. Chop a handful of cilantro and add to bowl. Taste salsa to see if honey is needed to balance the flavors to your desire. Serve with corn chips, Pacific Sunset, and good company.
